The Necronomicon (specifically the “Simon Necronomicon” published in 1977) is a grimoire consisting of various elements of Sumerian and other Middle Eastern texts. To be sure, the Necronomicon used on this site is not the Hollywood version (for example, this site has nothing to do with the fictional series Evil Dead with the character Ash Williams). While some claim the book is a “hoax,” those who are serious about its use are aware of the power through the invocations of the 50 Names.

On this site you will find general information about the Necronomicon, and especially about the 50 Names of Marduk. The majority of other content is for long-time members of our Tradition and is thus withheld from the general public. Please understand that we do not sell “initiations” nor offer “workshops;” neither do we sell anything. “No one can initiate someone else into the Necronomicon system: it initiates you. There is no room for demagoguery, fascist leadership, spiritual dictators. No one else has the power.
